If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are deemed to be our error will be covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. The return address is set by default to our Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification. Please note that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to use a different return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

In the event that an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable). If a shipment goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your customer (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account on printful.com or added a billing method, you agree that any returned orders due to a wrong shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without a refund).

Please note that we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health or hygiene reasons. If a face mask is returned, it will be disposed of and not available for reshipping.

We recommend advising your customers to contact you before returning any products. Please note that we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse (except for customers residing in Brazil). Returns and size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

For EU consumers, please note that according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1) the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, and 2) sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Please note that this policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
